Colorectal Cancer

This year, an estimated 148,300 people will be diagnosed with colorectal cancer with more women being diagnosed with it than men. It is the second leading cancer killer in the United States. Lung cancer is the first. The encouraging news is that survival rates have been rising in recent years and that treatment can prolong life even when the cancer has spread.
